We are looking for Commercial Properties with a Cap Rate of at least 8%+, we have buyers in place.  The property can be anywhere in the U.S., it can NOT be currently listed for sale. We prefer properties that are over One Million dollars to One Billion dollars. If the property is less than One Million dollars we will look at all options if it meets other criteria. The higher price point the better, especially interested in Hotels, Apartment Complexes, Large Nightclubs, and Mobile Home Parks.
